Scrolling LED signs are programmed with descriptions of wildlife moving through human-centric place. Animals — extinct, extirpated, endangered, threatened, depleted, displaced, and denigrated — are camouflaged in the aesthetics of capitalism and commodity, receding into the built environment. These animals find refuge, repopulating our most immediate and intimate space: our imagination.
